Due to ongoing construction activities related to the City of Akron’s construction project on E Exchange Street, a portion of the access road off of E Exchange Street leading to the South Campus Parking Deck will be temporarily closed. However, the parking deck remains fully operational and accessible through alternative routes. The South Campus Parking Deck can still be easily reached by entering the access road from Carroll Street near Schrank Hall, or via the Buckeye Street entrance. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to utilize this parking area, keeping in mind the temporary route adjustments. The City has indicated that sidewalks along Exchange Street will remain open during this two week closure.
